British Heart Foundation Santa Jog

Get into the Christmas spirit and give yourself a work out at the same time at one of the British Heart Foundation’s (BHF) Santa Jogs. Taking place at nine locations throughout the UK these fun-filled events are a great day out for the whole family.

The British Heart Foundation is the nation’s heart charity, dedicated to saving lives through pioneering research, patient care, campaigning for change and by providing vital information. They realy on donations of time and money to continue their life-saving work.

The BHF Santa Jogs are suitable for people of all ages and abilities, varying from 2K to 5K in distance, and participants can choose to run, jog or walk the course. All adults will receive a free Santa Suit and children are invited to join their parents in fancy dress.
